To our valued customers and partners,
First and foremost, the Korem team sends its thoughts to everyone affected, directly or indirectly, by the coronavirus (COVID-19). We would also like to thank everyone who works to ensure the health, safety and well-being of the population. More than ever, our values will be tested, but we are confident that we will overcome this situation by remaining united and by continuously supporting our community. Together, we will come out of this stronger than ever.
In light of the ongoing developments regarding the coronavirus, we wanted to reach out to you and let you know that Korem is committed to supporting your business throughout the course of this pandemic and to provide continuity of service at all times.
Right now, the safety and health of our employees and our customers is our top priority.
Korem’s leadership team is meeting continuously to assess and appropriately respond to the crisis as it evolves, to adjust our operations to maintain continuity, and to help you respond to the unique demands that you may be facing.
In addition, Korem is operating in accordance with guidance from local government and public health authorities. We have put in place many virus-mitigating actions which result in a reduction of potential transmission. We have extensive online collaboration capabilities for our employees to communicate with each other and with you and our suppliers.
We want you to know that at this important time, you can count on us to be there to support your business.
The situation is evolving quickly and we will continue to follow government recommendations and continue to act responsibly to slow the spread of the virus.
Please reach out to your Account Manager or Project Manager with any additional questions and concerns.
Sincerely,
Jean-Sébastien Guy
President
