In this episode of On Point with Korem, I will speak with Josef Strobl, a professor of geomatics at the University of Salzburg, Austria. He is a member of the Austrian Academy of Science, a member of the European academy of arts and sciences and a member of the executive committee for the European Umbrella Organisation for Geographic Information (EUROGI).

Having been a professor for close to 40 years, Josef has great insights into how the teaching of geomatics has changed with the implementation of new technologies in the field and the rise of big data.
